On the 8th October 2019, I had my first injection of Sustanon 250mg. I started having them every four weeks and gradually had them more frequently until I was having them every two weeks. In October 2020 I was then changed to Nebido 4mg, every three months and eventually had them every eleven weeks instead. As of the 8th October 2021, I have now been on testosterone for two years and am currently still on Nebido; although I'm in the process of changing to gel.
